I’m on a huge marmalade kick at the moment. After my triumphant orange marmalade I decided to have a go at Nigel Slater’s Pink Grapefruit version.I’ve made it twice now and while it doesn’t have the same heft as the seville orange version it is well worth a try as it’s fairly simple and pink grapefruits are easier to find than seville oranges.It’s making weekend breakfasts much more fun
