The Waldorf Cocktail.
1/4 oz absinthe
2 oz rye whiskey
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
1. rinse a mixing glass with the absinthe and pour away the excess
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and add the other ingredients.
3. Stir for about 30 to 40 seconds until chilled
4. Strain into a cocktail glass
