I did get to the allotment on Sunday, and the the tomatoes are having a moment. We’re in October and some of the plants are done, so I did a bunch of picking and removed a couple of plants that were showing signs of distress.

At the front of the plot, I tidied up, some beds and the paths at the side, I think it’s probably time for more woodchip on the paths.

I also did a quick spot of watering and then that was four hours. Next week I’ll probably be doing more weeding.

There were also dahlias and robins!
