What
30ml (2 tbs) Raspberry purée
40ml ginger wine
Prosecco or Cava
How
1. Blitz your raspberries to make a purée (smash or use a blender)
2. Mix purée and ginger wine together and add to a flute
3. Top up with the cava or prosecco
