Happy Tuesday! For those of us in most of the UK (not Scotland) yesterday was the last Bank Holiday of summer and that’s it until Christmas. It’s the last week of the school holidays (except in Scotland) and it’s been quite warm and that’s going to continue until Wednesday when the temp is due to drop and I’ll be slightly less grumpy.

I had a brilliant weekend and to be honest, I’m not ready to go back to work but needs must. It was so chilled, Ma and I blackberried and went to the Corinthian Casuals on Saturday, which was lots of fun. On Sunday we allotmented and just sat and admired the space. Monday, I shopped and did house stuff (and read a book). Sometimes it’s the unexpected weekends you enjoy.

I expect it’ll be a quiet week, almost everyone is on holiday. I’m out on Wed and Thursday and not up to much on the weekend except the plot and buying a birthday present for a nephew!
